No grand plan. No national network. Just a court, a group of women and an idea.
Revive Netball began in Darlington in 2024 with one simple aim: to make it easier for women to get back on a netball court.
Women who hadn't played since school.
Women who didn't feel fit enough.
Women who weren't sure they'd remember the rules.
Women who wanted to meet people.
Women who simply needed something that was theirs.
They came. And then they kept coming.
THEN SOMETHING HAPPENED.
ONE SESSION BECAME A COMMUNITY.
The women who came to play wanted to play again.
Then they wanted matches.
Then teams.
Then leagues.
Then tournaments.
And somewhere along the way, Revive became about far more than netball.
Friendships formed. Confidence returned. Women found their competitive side again. Some discovered it for the first time.
What started as an hour on a Tuesday night became somewhere women belonged.

We don't believe women should have to get fit before they come to netball.
We don't believe you need to have played before.
And we don't believe competitive sport has to mean losing the warmth, friendships and sense of belonging that brought women back in the first place.
At Revive, you can come for an hour of exercise.
You can come for friends.
You can come because you miss competing.
You can work your way into a team, a league or a tournament.
Or you can simply turn up every week because it makes you feel good.
